The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.16 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 48.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.71 per cent at Rs 83.61 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 84.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.99 per cent to Rs 70.10 crore from Rs 70.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 77.49 per cent at Rs 1.92 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 8.53 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.67 per cent to Rs 13.50 crore as against Rs 13.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.44 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 27.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.90 crore, while Taxation decreased by 67.70 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore (Mar'24 Rs 3.22 crore).
