The Indian Wood Prod - Book Closure & Record Date

The Company has fixed Friday 05th September 2025 as the CUTOFF date for the purpose of E-voting. The Registrar of the Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will be remain closed from 06th September 2025 to Friday 12th September 2025 (both day inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and to ascertain the name of the members who would be entitled to receive dividend for the the financial Year ended 31st March 2025 if approved at the ensuing 105th AGM of the Company
