The Indian Wood Prod - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI LODR

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company intend to set up a 1 Megawatt Solar Facility at our Factory at Izzatnagar, Bareilly. The plant will serve to partially fulfill the company's power consumption requirements and is projected to yield annual saving of around Rs. 60 Lakhs. The Total cost of Investment for the project is Rs. 2.66 Crores with an anticipated completion timeline of four months
