The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.33 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.29 per cent at Rs 190.13 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 152.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.88 per cent to Rs 182.43 crore from Rs 146.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 79.71 per cent at Rs 0.85 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 4.19 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.76 per cent to Rs 7.70 crore as against Rs 6.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.00 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 6.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.27 crore, while Taxation decreased by 116.67 per cent at Rs -0.22 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.32 crore).
