The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.23 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 35.55 per cent at Rs 29.21 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 45.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 30.99 per cent to Rs 29.69 crore from Rs 43.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 168.24 per cent at Rs 1.16 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs -1.70 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 120.87 per cent to Rs -0.48 crore as against Rs 2.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 132.09 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 236.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.37 crore, while Taxation decreased by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.12 crore).
