The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.84 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 87.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.54 per cent at Rs 230.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 222.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.84 per cent to Rs 220.79 crore from Rs 214.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 30.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 23.40 per cent to Rs 9.44 crore as against Rs 7.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 19.19 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 30.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.81 crore, while Taxation decreased by 25.37 per cent at Rs 1.53 crore (Mar'24 Rs 2.05 crore).
