The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.13 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 55.72 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.95 per cent at Rs 224.58 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 179.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.04 per cent to Rs 205.83 crore from Rs 164.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1600.00 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 24.07 per cent to Rs 18.76 crore as against Rs 15.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.71 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 30.34 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.28 crore, while Taxation decreased by 71.43 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.14 crore).
