The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.15 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 82.94 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.45 per cent at Rs 132.52 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 99.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 42.44 per cent to Rs 124.25 crore from Rs 87.23 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 96.69 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.51 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.48 per cent to Rs 8.27 crore as against Rs 12.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 48.68 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 30.46 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.74 crore, while Taxation increased by 152.53 per cent at Rs 2.50 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.99 crore).
