The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.39 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 95.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.69 per cent at Rs 65.68 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 53.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.08 per cent to Rs 63.85 crore from Rs 51.46 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 11.76 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.59 per cent to Rs 1.83 crore as against Rs 1.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.03 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 18.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 80.95 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.21 crore).
