Pursuant to the Provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that Company has received a letter vide email dated 27th May, 2025 from BSE Listed regarding levy of penalty for alleged non- compliance i.e Non Closure of VAPT VULNERABILITIES FOR FY 24-25 within the prescribed timeline i.e 31st March, 2025.\r\n\r\nIn this regard BSE Limited has imposed a penalty on the Company amounting to INR 1,50,000/- (Exclusive of 18% GST).\r\n\r\nWe request you to kindly take the same on record and oblige.\r\n\r\n
