The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.63 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 67.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.42 per cent at Rs 47.60 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.89 per cent to Rs 41.61 crore from Rs 44.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 73.31 per cent at Rs 0.83 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 3.11 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 23.79 per cent to Rs 5.99 crore as against Rs 7.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.91 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 75.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 60.47 per cent at Rs 1.38 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.86 crore).
