The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.13 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 2.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.01 per cent at Rs 76.13 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 69.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.34 per cent to Rs 70.01 crore from Rs 63.45 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 150.00 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.43 per cent to Rs 6.12 crore as against Rs 5.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.25 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 18.40 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.48 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4.55 per cent at Rs 0.84 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.88 crore).
