The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.16 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 300.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 53.39 per cent at Rs 20.34 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 53.27 per cent to Rs 19.43 crore from Rs 41.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 53.61 per cent at Rs 1.48 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 3.19 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 55.83 per cent to Rs 0.91 crore as against Rs 2.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.67 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 85.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 783.33 per cent at Rs 0.53 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.06 crore).
