The Board of Director at its meeting held on May 26, 2025 have inter alia approved the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 and approved the declaration of 4th interim dividend at Rs. 0.15 (1.5%) for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
