B&A Ltd. - Appointment Of Secretarial Auditor

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 24th May 2025, has approved the appointment of M/S T Chatterjee & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 years from financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30 subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
