The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.93 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.48 per cent at Rs 10.63 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.61 per cent to Rs 9.43 crore from Rs 12.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2700.00 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 50.82 per cent to Rs 1.20 crore as against Rs 2.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.00 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 31.71 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.41 crore).
