The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.09 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 69.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.78 per cent at Rs 281.72 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 229.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.53 per cent to Rs 271.62 crore from Rs 221.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 58.38 per cent at Rs 6.16 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 14.80 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 29.82 per cent to Rs 10.10 crore as against Rs 7.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.60 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 4.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.16 crore
