The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.74 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.78 per cent at Rs 38.58 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 32.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.79 per cent to Rs 33.84 crore from Rs 27.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.79 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.19 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.94 per cent to Rs 4.74 crore as against Rs 4.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.83 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 8.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 1240.00 per cent at Rs 1.14 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.10 crore).
