The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.74 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.38 per cent at Rs 93.55 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 84.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.67 per cent to Rs 73.01 crore from Rs 71.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 49400.00 per cent at Rs -9.90 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs -0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 50.59 per cent to Rs 20.54 crore as against Rs 13.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 36.48 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 2.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 23.77 per cent at Rs 1.86 crore (Mar'24 Rs 2.44 crore).
