The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.54 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 75.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.11 per cent at Rs 153.37 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 136.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.20 per cent to Rs 146.78 crore from Rs 128.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 565.00 per cent at Rs 1.33 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.20 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.31 per cent to Rs 6.59 crore as against Rs 8.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.81 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 13.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.62 crore, while Taxation increased by 1260.00 per cent at Rs 1.74 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.15 crore).
