The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.26 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 27.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.75 per cent at Rs 84.05 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 73.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.41 per cent to Rs 71.87 crore from Rs 63.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 37.62 per cent at Rs 1.39 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.67 per cent to Rs 12.18 crore as against Rs 10.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.68 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 3.49 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.66 crore, while Taxation increased by 13.76 per cent at Rs 2.48 crore (Mar'24 Rs 2.18 crore).
