Rajasthan Gases Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 30th May, 2025 AT 01 PM, inter alia, to consider and approve the following matters:\r\nI) Approve the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March,2025 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)\r\nRegulations, 2015.\r\nII) Any other subject with the approval of the Chairman.
