KG Denim Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, is being postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. \r\n\r\nThe REVISED date of the Board Meeting is Friday, 30th May, 2025.\r\n\r\nTrading Window for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives which remains closed since 01.04.2025, as notified vide our letter dated 26.03.2025, shall continue to remain closed till the 1st June, 2025, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015.\r\n
