The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.04 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 40.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.77 per cent at Rs 92.34 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 75.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.58 per cent to Rs 87.09 crore from Rs 71.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1600.00 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs -0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.27 per cent to Rs 5.26 crore as against Rs 4.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.68 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 57.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 285.71 per cent at Rs 0.27 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.07 crore).
