This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Haryana Financial Corporation (HFC) at its meeting held today i.e. on 21.05.2025 have inter-alia considered and approved the followings:-\r\ni) Audited Annual Financial Results of the Corporation for the Financial Year 2024-25 (ended on 31.03.2025) alongwith Audit Report; \r\nii) The Financial Results for quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 alongwith Assets and Liabilities on 31.03.2025. \r\nA copy of the above mentioned Financial Results duly approved by the Board as well as Audit Report are attached herewith at Annexure-I alonghwith the attached letter. \r\n The meeting of Board of Directors of the Corporation commenced at 11:30 AM and concluded at 13:30 PM.\r\n This is for your kind information and record please.\r\n
