The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.86 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 1.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 33.76 per cent at Rs 136.31 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 205.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 35.75 per cent to Rs 112.70 crore from Rs 175.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 83.33 per cent at Rs 7.04 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 3.84 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 22.26 per cent to Rs 23.61 crore as against Rs 30.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.34 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 35.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.31 crore, while Taxation increased by 2.95 per cent at Rs 5.93 crore (Mar'24 Rs 5.76 crore).
