Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, and recommendation of Final Dividend if any for the Financial Year 2024-25.\r\n\r\nAs intimated earlier, in terms of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results.
