The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.51 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 30.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.29 per cent at Rs 43.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.52 per cent to Rs 40.99 crore from Rs 33.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 105.26 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs -0.19 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 43.38 per cent to Rs 3.14 crore as against Rs 2.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 19.18 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 400.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 23.81 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.42 crore).
