Lumax Auto Technolog - Acquisition

Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange about approval of the proposed acquisition of remaining 25% shareholding in IAC International Automotive India Private Limited from its existing shareholder i.e. IACG Holdings LUX SARL.
