Rajasthan Gases - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform that the company has entered into loan agreement to avail loan from related party namely Neuzen Finance Private Limited, NBFC (CIN: U52201MH1995PTC298126) up to Rs. 20,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crore only) for business activity of the company.
