The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.31 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 244.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.76 per cent at Rs 4.31 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.36 per cent to Rs 4.34 crore from Rs 3.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 51.16 per cent at Rs 1.30 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.86 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 66.67 per cent to Rs -0.03 crore as against Rs -0.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 73.81 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 283.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.23 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
