Please note that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 13, 2025 has subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing 42nd AGM of the Company, approved the re-appointment of ACM Birender Singh Dhanoa as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 years w.e.f. October 1, 2025 upto September 30, 2030 and appointment of Director in place of Ms. Vasudha Dinodia who is retiring by rotation and being eligible has offered herself for re-appointment. Requisite details as required under Regulation 30 are enclosed in the annexure.
