The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.60 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.70 per cent at Rs 124.76 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 115.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.13 per cent to Rs 91.54 crore from Rs 74.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 585.88 per cent at Rs 5.83 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.85 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 18.76 per cent to Rs 33.22 crore as against Rs 40.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 24.56 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 50.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.63 crore, while Taxation decreased by 40.43 per cent at Rs 5.51 crore (Mar'24 Rs 9.25 crore).
