Hero MotoCorp - Corporate Action-Board to consider Dividend

The Board of Directors at its meeting held today viz. May 13, 2025 has considered and approved final dividend subject to the approval of the members @ 3250% i.e Rs. 65 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 per share) . The payment shall be made within 30 days of declaration at the ensuing 42nd AGM.
