Approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31 March 2025;\r\n2. Approved the continuity of Appointment of M/s. G Aakash & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the FY 2024-25.
