Pursuant to Regulation 24A and Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on Friday, 9th May, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s Ajit Mishra & Associates, Practising Company Secretary, with effect from 1st April, 2025, for a period of 5 consecutive years upto March 31, 2030, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
