Himatsingka Seide Limited has informed the Exchange regarding allotment of 650 securities pursuant to Non Convertible Securities at its meeting held on May 07, 2025.With reference to our intimation dated May 07, 2025 relating to allotment of 650 (Six hundred fifty) un-rated, senior, unlisted, secured, redeemable Series A Non-Convertible Debentures (Series A NCDs) denominated in Indian Rupees, each having a face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) and an aggregate amount of Rs. 65,00,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty-Five Crores only) at par on a Private Placement Basis, please find enclosed the revised disclosure with correction to date of maturity.
