Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Ms. Beenu Agarwal has tendered her resignation from the post of Non-Executive Director of the Company vide letter dated Tuesday, April 29, 2025, which is effective from the date of the resignation.\r\nThe details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed herewith as Annexure I.\r\nThe resignation letter received from Ms. Beenu Agarwal from the post of Non-Executive Director of the Company is enclosed as Annexure II.\r\nKindly note that the said resignation will be taken on record at the ensuing meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company.
