Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Informerics Ratings vide their communication dated April 29, 2025 has revised the ratings assigned to Long term Bank Facilities and Withdrawn the ratings assigned to Short term Bank Facilities of the Company.
