Ind Bank Housing - NON - APPLICABILITY CERTIFICATE OF REGULATION 23(9) OF SEBI LODR 2015 FOR THE HALF YEAR ENDED 31.03.2025

The paid up equity share capital for the company as on 31.03.2025 is Rs.10.00 Crores and Networth of the company as on 31.03.2025 is Rs.(120.87) Crore Networth certificate obtained from PCA is enclosed. Hence aforesaid regulation is not applicable for our company.
