To consider the declaration of 1st Interim Dividend for the F.Y. 2024-25.\r\n2. To consider and approve 'Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025 ('FTCL-ESOS 2025')' and to extend the same to employees of the existing\r\nSubsidiary Company(ies) or Associate Company(ies) of the Company in India or outside India.
