Benares Hotels - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Dividend Updates

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 28.04.2025 has recommended the dividend of 250% i.e., Rs. 25 per equity share for the FY ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
