Jayshree Chem. - Authorizing KMP For Determining Materiality Of Events Under Reg. 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

The Board at their meeting held on 24.04.2025 has authorized the CFO and CS to determine the materiality of an event to make disclosure to Stock Exchange under Regulation 30(5) of SEBI LODR Regulation 2015
