Dhenu Buildcon Infra - Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. Friday, 11th March, 2025, which commenced at 04:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:45 P.M at the registered office where the consent of the Board of Directors be and is hereby given to keep and maintain the books of accounts of the company from No 401, 3198-15, Sangatarashan Paharganj, Central Delhi, Delhi-110055 to B-17, Shree Siddhivinayak Plaza, Plot No: 31, Off Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400053 w.e.f.
