As of March 2025, 65.00% is owned by Indian Promoters and 35.00% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Patspin India company are Gtn Textiles Limited (142.87 lakhs shares / 46.21%), Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (24.90 lakhs shares / 8.05%), Patodia Exports And Investments Pvt Ltd (14.88 lakhs shares / 4.81%), Beekaypee Credit Private Limited (13.67 lakhs shares / 4.42%) and Umang Finance Private Limited (3.85 lakhs shares / 1.24%).
