Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 18th March, 2025 has inter alia considered and approved the appointment of B J B & Associates, Chartered Accountant as Internal Auditor of the Company.\r\nFurther the Board accepted the resignation of M/s. Pawan Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountant as an Internal Auditor of the Company w.e.f.11 th March,2025 due to other commitments and Pre Occupation.
