Garden Reach Ship - Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has signed Contract with Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India for funding of Normal Refit of Mauritius Coast Guard Ship CGS Barracuda (MCGS Barracuda) to be undertaken by the Company. The size of the order/ Contract is Rs. 123.07 Crore plus 15% GoW (Growth of Work/ Additional Work and Additional Spares) (excluding taxes).The Detailed Disclosure is enclosed for your information and Record.
