The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.74 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 10.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.84 per cent at Rs 125.61 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 105.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.70 per cent to Rs 112.09 crore from Rs 92.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 16.11 per cent at Rs 3.54 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 4.22 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.38 per cent to Rs 13.52 crore as against Rs 12.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.37 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 20.00 per cent at Rs 3.36 crore (Dec'23 Rs 4.20 crore).
