The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.30 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 66.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.73 per cent at Rs 26.39 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.31 per cent to Rs 25.90 crore from Rs 24.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 13.79 per cent at Rs 0.33 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.29 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 18.33 per cent to Rs 0.49 crore as against Rs 0.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.43 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 2100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.22 crore, while Taxation decreased by 78.85 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.52 crore).
