In accordance with the regulation 32 of SEBI Regulation 2015, it is hereby confirmed that there is no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from the preferential issue of the company (Conversion of warrants into shares). please find attached statement of deviation or variation, duly reviewed and approved by the audit committee at its meeting held on 11/02/2025.\r\n\r\n\r\nDuring the quarter ended 31/12/2024 the company received an amount of Rs.3,81,37,500/- being the 75% of the warrant application money towards 450000 share warrants. The funds were unutilized at the end of the quarter as the trading approval was pending from BSE.
